Development of creative skills of managers This graduation thesis deals with the creativity of managers as an essential condition to increase the productivity of a business. The first part of my thesis looks at the concept of creativity, including the concept of creativity as a process and complex of abilities. Apart from the above-stated, it contains a description of a biological-psychosocial model of creativity. The first part concludes that creativity development is possible. The second part of my thesis focuses on the issues of manager creativity and its importance. Attention is paid to internal and external barriers of creativity which can be removed to some degree by using the training methods of a lecturer and individual techniques of a manager. The end of my thesis shows a list of basic conditions of creativity development in an organisation. This knowledge can be used by lecturers training adults, managers or HR staff members.

Communication skills of an ideal manager

The aim of the thesis is to determine the most important categories for a job conduct of managers following by general description of education in HP Inc company as one of the main foundations for designing my own module for educating the managers in communication. The thesis is divided into four parts, two theoretical and two practical. The first part deals with a determination of a topic communication itself and managerial communication, and last but not least there are also attempts for defining management standards included. The second part follows, where there are the most important categories of managerial communication set up and are as follows for the use of the thesis: personality, basic rules of dealing with people and basic managerial principles of communication, assertiveness and bodytalk. In the first chapter of practical part, the author pursues a research of an educating in HP Inc company, after which describes the main principles of educating in this company. In the last chapter, the author utilizes findings from all below parts and his own ideas based on his practical experience for the designing of his own complex module for the educating of managers in a variety of organizations.
Present-Day Trends in Further Education of Future Managers

The Bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical one. In its theoretical part, first are defined key notions relevant to the topic of the thesis. Further there are described individual institutions dealing with the education of managers. The practical part is focused primarily on a comparison of the Faculty of Management with the Faculty of Economics and Administration of the University of Pardubice and another comparison between the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications of the University of Žilina. There are compared subjects taught at these faculties as to their contents and their classification in the framework of particular terms. In the conclusion of the practical part, the established data are interpreted; the results of this interpretation are certain recommendations of how to improve the quality of education at the Faculty of Management.
